The Rockies got a great deal in trading for Jason Marquis who had a record of 11-9 an ERA. Of 4.53, 91 strike outs and 70 walks. I believe that Marquis is a great # 3 starter in the Rockies rotation, with Cook leading, and having Francis as your #2, it doesn’t put that much pressure on Marquis, and I think he will do good in Colorado. While on the other hand by the Cubs acquiring Jose Vizcaino was smart on their part to help out Marmol and Greggin the bullpen, you can use Vizcaino as a 3rd setup man or you can use him as long reliever.
